Shipping conditions

We only deliver within Germany and to Austria.

We do not deliver to packing stations!

We do not charge shipping costs for goods with a value of 30 € or more.

In the case of a shopping basket with products of different shipping methods, shipping costs for the highest shipping method are only charged once for a goods value of less than 30 €.

Shipping costs

Please note, we are currently unable to send you an e-bill in accordance with the E-bill Ordinance (ERechV). Our invoices will continue to be sent to you in PDF format.

Island surcharge

Please note that we charge an island surcharge of €19 in addition to the shipping costs for shipping to the following islands (postcodes).
